Isn't a Google listing already free? Why should I pay?
Yes, creating a listing is free on Google, Yandex and Apple; we say so openly. What we charge for is not the listing: it is choosing the right category, getting verification passed on the first attempt, optimization and ongoing management. Listings created carelessly get suspended or stay invisible under the wrong category.
Who owns the account?
You do. On every listing the primary owner is your email address; we work as a manager. Even if we part ways, your accounts stay with you. This is our non-negotiable rule.
How soon will I see results?
Setup and verification take from a few days to a few weeks depending on the platform; on the Facebook side a location usually goes live within 24 hours to 1 week. Ranking improvement is a process, not an instant switch; it advances steadily with monthly management.
Do you guarantee a number one ranking on the map?
No; and be skeptical of anyone who does, because rankings are decided by the platforms' algorithms and no agency can guarantee them. Our guarantee is about the process: correct setup, first-attempt verification, regular upkeep and a monthly report of what we did.
My business is open but Google says "Permanently closed". What should I do?
Do not make random edits yourself; in some cases the wrong intervention can lose the profile entirely. Get in touch and we remove the label using the correct procedure, checking exceptions such as address or name changes first.
Are the people calling about "your listing has expired, pay a renewal fee" from you?
Absolutely not. Map listings never expire and there is no renewal fee; that is a known scam targeting small businesses. We never make such calls; do not pay on suspicious calls.
What is a static website?
It is a site whose pages are prepared in advance and served ready from the server, rather than being generated on each visit. In practice: it loads very fast, has almost no attack surface, and is cheap to host. In exchange there is no admin panel or database behind it; content changes are made in the files. For a brochure site that presents your business (services, contact, location, opening hours) this is more than enough; it is not suitable for a blog or e-commerce site with constantly changing content. The VIP Visibility package includes a site like this, with one year of domain and hosting; if you continue from the second year on, a renewal fee applies.
