- Contact and quote form: name, business name, phone, email, district/city and your message
- At checkout: name, email, phone, address, city, business name and optionally a tax number and tax office (used only to issue an invoice)
- During the service: information about your business needed for the platform listings
Automatically:
- Your IP address on form submissions, to prevent abuse
- Strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session
Your payment details
Your card details never reach us. Payment is completed on the licensed payment provider's own secure page. No card number, expiry date or security code is stored in our systems. We only receive whether the payment succeeded and the amount.
How we use the information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To perform the service you purchased
- To issue invoices and documents required by law
- To send you notifications about your order
- To prevent abuse of the site and its forms
Your information is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties strictly necessary to deliver the service, and only to the extent necessary:
- Payment provider — to take payment (card details go directly to them)
- Map and directory platforms — only the information about your business needed to create the listing
- E-invoice integrator — the billing details needed to issue an invoice
- Competent public authorities — only where required by law
Cookies
Only strictly necessary cookies are used: session continuity, cart contents and form security (CSRF). No third-party advertising or profiling cookies are used.
Google Fonts may be used to load the selected typefaces; your IP address is transmitted to that service as part of the request.
Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose and for the retention periods required by law (for example ten years for invoices and commercial records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Payment and integration keys are stored encrypted in the database. Site traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to the admin panel is password protected and failed login attempts are rate limited.
Your rights
